Retail Sales Slumped Due to January Snow (February 19, 2010)
Statistics have shown that January retail sales suffered last month and this is believed to be because of the bad weather keeping people indoors.

Not including fuel he figures dropped by 1.2 percent. Three times faster than analysts had forecast. This just shows how fragile the UK economy still is. With it snowing again today can we expect more of the same next month?
